4 Basic Principles of Lean Six Sigma

Six Sigma is based on reducing defect using the 5 phase  methodology as detailed below :-

2.Measure Defects: Quantify the defects and their impact on the process.

3. Analyze Defects: Identify the root causes of defects.

4.Improve Defects: Implement solutions to reduce or eliminate defects.

5.Control Defects: Monitor and control the process to ensure sustainability.
