The 2-day course of PBS on Core Tools comprises of  APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA. These quality core tools are building blocks to effectively create and manage an organization’s quality management system meeting all the requirements of OEMs.

This training program addresses in-depth on how process flows, Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Advanced Quality Control Plans and shop floor documentation that are linked and used to achieve process standardization and improvement.   • Will be able to conduct MSA for variable and attribute measurements effectively.
  • Will be able to practice APQP process effectively to meet the customer’s timeline.
  • People from bulk material industries will get a clear understanding (in PPAP section) about how the core tools are applied differently for bulk materials.
What is the course Methodology?

Participants will learn through lectures, case studies, group exercises and discussions. They will have the real class room exercise experience of creating documents needed by customers.

Familiarity with Advanced Product Quality Planning(APQP) and related core tools would be beneficial but not necessary.
