Dr. Siddhartha Pandey
Dr. Siddhartha Pandey is a leading professional HR strategist and CEO of HRD. India. Dr. Pandey (An MBA-HR, P.G.-Corporate Governance, Master’s in Science-Counselling & Psychotherapy and Doctorate in Management) has successfully leaded and drive the Human Resource Department for companies like EMC ltd., Bhushan Power & Steel Ltd., Electro steel ltd., Adhunik ltd., Simplex Infrastructure and Shristi Infrastructure Limited. He has published many papers and is a visiting faculty of IIM and IITs in the area of HR Strategies.
Mr. Kulbir Singh
Mr. Kulbir Singh is B.Tech in IT from KIT, Bhubaneshwar and MBA (Information Technology ) from Mysore University. He has worked with companies like, Tata Consultancy Services, Norton Grind Germany, Deloitte Engineering and Walmart USA. He is a passionate and enthusiastic developer. He has a total experience of 11 years, including an extensive experience of working in several SAP Hybris Ecommerce projects. He has travelled to Europe, USA and South Africa and has handled many Business Integration (BI) projects. He has helped Providence to establish its footing in developing client business in IT.
Ms. Amrita Kaur
Ms Amrita Kaur is an MBA from NMIMS Mumbai, and a M.Sc. Environment Science from Ferguson Pune. She has worked with companies like Arcadis, Morningstar and Reliance Industries. She has a strong background in sustainability and ESG practices both national and international. With more than 8 years in the Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) space she has been delivering online knowledge sessions and consulting services using her expertise.
Dr. Himanshu Sawhney
Dr. Himanshu Sawhney is a PhD IIT Bombay in Structural Engineering. He has done his Masters in Civil Engineering from IIT Dhanbad and is currently working with Force Structural Engineers Pvt. Ltd. His expertise are in the areas of structures, materials and design of large scale infrastructure projects for the Government of India pertaining to bridges. He has published several technical papers.
Dr. Santosh Gautham
Dr. Santosh Kumar Goutam is a PhD from BITS Pillani in TQM. He is a Six Sigma master black and a certified MBB faculty member by Indian Statistical Institute, Pune. He is currently working as Chief of Total Quality Management (TQM) at SRF Limited. His focus is on spearheading TQM initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness across companies. His role involves integrating robust methodologies such as TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma to streamline processes and elevate quality standards. He has also published several scientific papers.

Mr. G.S.Dhillon, founder of Providence is B.Tech Mechanical from NIT and PG Diploma in TQM from American Management Association (USA) is having 30+ years experience in Business Excellence/ Organizational Transformation having sound knowledge to lead continual Improvement program in medium to large scale multi location businesses.
Mr. Sourabh Mishra is a senior consultant of Providence, he is a B.tech Mechanical, Certified Safety Professional (NEBOSH- UK ) and Lead auditor of ISO standards having 12 + years experience in IATF 16949, ISO 9001,14001 & OHSAS 45001 with in depth understanding of business excellence. He has helped many companies achieve 3 star rating under guidance of G.S. Dhillon.
Mr. Avnish Akarsh is Sr. Course Designer for various online and corporate program. He is B.Tech in Industrial Engineering and has worked in the area of Lean, 5S, TPM, ISO, IATF. He is expert in data analysis using mini tab. Mr. Avnish is associated with client on TQM implementation.

Mr J. Davis is a B.Com; Post Graduate Diploma in PMIR -XLRI, Jamshedpur is a seasoned professional last working in TATA as VP (HR/IR). As Assessor for CII Sustainability Award; CII HR Award; TBEM; Dr. JJ Irani Award for Educational Excellence, assessed plants of Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), Bharat Heavy Engineering Ltd. (BHEL), Binani Cement, Schwing Stetter, Glaxo.
Mr U. Kumar is a result oriented senior executive last working with TATA Group as Vice President (Corporate Services & HR) and was part of the senior Leadership team of the organization with 39 years of experience in various functions i.e. Manufacturing , Commercial (Purchase and Stores), Human Resources Management (Personnel, Industrial Relations, Human Resources),Administration, Corporate Social Responsibility.
Mr. S.K. Nayak is a Sr. Executive in Tata Steel. He heads the electrical maintenance department. He is an honourary visiting faculty member. He has vast experience of around 19 years in core electrical maintenance. Santosh is core TPM Personnel and has helped Wire & Rod Division win the TPM consistency Award in 2023.
